According to South Korean media reports, the only Chinese member in popular group Super Junior - Han Geng today submitted a formal application to Seoul Central District Court, requesting for a termination in contract with SM management company. This has become the second bomb thrown at SM after DBSK members Kim Jaejoong, Kim Junsu and Micky Yoochun filed a case against SM in accordance with their contract.

When Sina contacted SM’s Chinese representative, she expressed that she was very surprised when she heard this news, and was also extremely worried: “We’ve been trying to contact him but can’t reach him. Whenever he takes a rest, he always turns off his cellphone. We also feel extremely worried.” She added: “Yesterday, Han Geng even attended the Wireless Music Awards with the rest of SJ-M, don’t know why there’s suddenly news coming out today about terminating his contract.” She said that they must wait for confirmation from Han Geng himself before making an official statement.
Next year from the 10th of January, Super Junior will begin their very own Asia Tour. And on the 23rd of January, they will also perform in Beijing. And Han Geng being the only Chinese member in Super Junior, is seen as the group’s popularity guarantee in China. In April 2008, Han Geng also became the leader of SJ’s third sub-unit SJ-M, which was designated for the Chinese market. It seems that SM has recognised Han Geng’s importance in the Chinese market, and has hence being taking advantage of him.
Online surveys conducted in the last few hours showed that 80% of netizens feel that this is yet another attempt of SM in taking advantage of Han Geng’s influence in the Chinese market by creating fake news so to promote their Asia Tour early next year.

Seo In Young reveals an episode where she had sent an apology message to Crown J.
Seo In Young is known to have previously played make-believe couple with Crown J on MBC We Got Married. The ‘Ant couple’ is well-loved by viewers for their special chemistry during the show, and Seo In Young has also earned herself nicknames like ‘witch’ and ’shinsang nyeo’ for her aegyo image on the show.

Hip hop producer singer MC HanSai (MC한새) reveals upcoming female group Nia, who are also called the ‘2nd Brown Eyed Girls’.
MC HanSai’s agency BCR Media said on the 2nd, “MC HanSai is the main producer for Nia’s new single album.”
The group gained much attention in the indie scene earlier this year in April when they released their single ‘My Everything’ and was promoting in the HongDae region. They were also called the ‘2nd Brown Eyed Girls‘.

KBS2TV drama Iris, the Iris production representative explains, “We are already planning Iris season two, filming will begin in May of next year at the earliest.”
According to the representative, they already have plans for Iris season two; they will be filming in China, Japan, Europe, and other locations.
Iris lead actor is predicted to not be able to take a part in Iris season two, due to his already scheduled Hollywood film. Aside from him, other actors have possibilities of reappearing in season two, but until now nothing have been confirmed.
Related person informed reporters: “There was a proposal of having DBSK’s Hero Jaejoong to appear in Iris season 1. Also have him appear in the first season grand finale episode 20, then in season 2 have him officially appear, but this could not happen because Jaejoong turned down the part. Now we are looking for an actor to play the part.”

Asian pop sensation Rain visited Indonesia for the first time yesterday, meeting with hundreds of reporters ahead of holding his first concert in the country, his agency said on Wednesday.
He held a press conference at the Ritz-Carlton Jakarta on Tuesday which was attended by some 200 reporters from 100 media companies, J.Tune Entertainment said in a press release.
The 27-year-old singer spoke of his upcoming concert "Legend of Rainism", taking place as part of his Asia tour, to be held at Jakarta's JITEC on December 3. He was also asked about his plans for his acting career in Hollywood and whether he is looking into taking on any new roles in TV series.
Rain, whose real name is Jung Ji-hoon, has been one of the most successful celebrities in the entertainment industry since his debut in 2002.
His singing career has gained him massive popularity throughout Asia and he also appeared in several movies and TV series -- most notably dramas "Full House" and "Sang Doo! Let's Go To School." He recently starred in a Wachowski Brothers production "Ninja Assassin", which opened worldwide last week.

Tomorrow night, South Korean female girl group the Wonder Girls will be having their first ever solo concert at the Shanghai Grand Stage. To be able to adapt and familiarize with Shanghai, these girl arrived early and had a press conference / meet & greet session yesterday.
After gaining much popularity with just one song “Nobody”, 2 years since their debut, the Wonder Girls released 4 singles & 1 album. Upon speaking first impression of Shanghai, all 5 of them agreed that “Shanghai is a great place, at the airport we saw many of our fans welcoming us. With that, we felt that we have been here before even though its our first time.”
Talking about their future plans, they expressed that the success in the US was just a beginning, and they will still be in the states for quite some time. However, they aren’t afraid of being replaced by other girl groups in the Asia market even when they are still progressing in the US. Moreover, they wished to learn from these groups be it the ability to sing or dance.
Specially for their China concert, 5 members of the Wonder Girls had been practicing their mandarin extremely hard for their Chinese fans. Furthermore, they also had prepared a few Chinese songs & solo performance specially to suit the audiences of China. With their retro microphone stand, & retro outfits, the girls will perform their hit single “Nobody” again.

Confirmed of swine flu previously on 26th November, T-Max Kim Joon has fully recovered.
According to his agency on 30th November, “Kim Joon has been discharged from hospital and health examination results showed that he has fully recovered. And Kim Joon will be flying to Thailand on the 3rd. He will also be returning to the filming of KBS 2TV ‘Invincible Baseball’ as usual.”
There are initially plans for Kim Joon to fly to the Philippines for a 2D1N schedule to hold ‘Korea-Philippine Broadcast Contents Showcase and Media Forum’ in Manila, but the schedule was cancelled due to him contracting H1N1.

Lee Min Ho is the new Hallyu Star!
On November 22 & 26, actor Lee MinHo held his Fan Meeting in Osaka and Tokyo. According to the officials of the 2 Fan Meetings, estimated 8,000 fans were attending the event which also confirmed the actor position as the new Hallyu Star!
One of the event Representative says,”about 3500 people attended the Osaka Fan Meeting and 4,000 people came to Tokyo Fan Meeting.
Lee MinHo gained his popularity and create new Hallyu syndrome for his appearance in KBS2 TV drama ‘Boys Over Flowers’ and as the drama broadcasted in Japan, the actor has gained the Japanese attention as well.
Lee MinHo will held more Fan Meetings in other Asian countries and he is reported still in the midst of choosing his next project.

Korean boy band 2PM topped Korea's music charts with their new single "HeartBeat" over the weekend.
The group took the No. 1 title on KBS music show "Music Bank", which aired on Friday, and won the Mutizen Song two days later on SBS's "Inkigayo Live", beating out other contenders such as 2NE1, Brown Eyed Girls, K. Will, Park Bom, SS501, Taeyang and U-Kiss.
"Jae-beom, thank you." the group said in their acceptance speech. "We would like thank our family at the agency and the fans."
This is their first win since the group's former leader Jae-beom's departure from the band in early September over controversial comments he made about Korea on his MySpace account before his debut.
"HeartBeat", the title song from their first album, was written by their producer Park Jin-young, also founder and CEO of their agency JYP Entertainment.
Sunday's "Inkigayo" also featured a special remix version of SHINee's hit single "Ring Ding Dong", which topped the charts for the past three weeks, and a comeback performance of girl band After School, who sang "Because of You" and "When I Fall".

Five-member idol group SS501 will wrap up their activities in Korea this week and focus more on working overseas, according to their agency on Monday.
The band, currently promoting their latest single "Love Like This" from their mini-album "REBIRTH", will go abroad for a while after completing their schedules up till the end of this week, DSP Media said in a press release.
The boy band was well-received in Asia this year, particularly in countries such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and China, and plan to carry out more promotional work in such markets to build a stronger fan base, DSP explained.
The quintet debuted in 2005 with single "Warning" and have been active in Korea and Japan, releasing numerous albums both as a group and also pursuing individual careers such as acting and appearing in variety shows.
The group made a comeback to the music scene last month with their second mini-album "REBIRTH" which topped various music charts.
They are scheduled to perform at Hong Kong's Expo Arena on December 12 as part of their ongoing Asia tour.

2NE1 member Park Bom’s solo debut song ‘You And I’ is the best hit song online for the month of November.
According to music portal site Dosirak on 29th November, the song is up #1 on the monthly chart for the month of November. In the cold late-Autumn winter, it seems that this song is just the right song for the mood and has received much love from music fans.
At #2 is Brown Eyed Girls with ‘Sign’, #3 Baek Ji Young with ‘Don’t Forget’ and #4 with Seo In Kook’s debut song ‘Calling You’. It seems ballad is doing well this month.
